These terms apply when you browse craftedcoffeesupply.com or buy from us. Placing an order means you accept them.

Ordering and payment

• Prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is collected at checkout by Stripe; applicable sales tax and the exact shipping rate are shown before you pay.
• An order is accepted when you receive the order confirmation email. If we cannot fulfill an accepted order — for example, an inventory error — we will tell you promptly and refund it in full.
• We may decline or cancel orders that appear fraudulent.

Shipping

United States orders ship free. International orders ship at the flat rate shown at checkout, and any customs duties or import taxes at the destination are the buyer’s responsibility. Tracking is emailed when your order ships.

Handmade goods

Much of what we sell is made from reclaimed materials like skateboard wood. Grain, color, and layering vary from piece to piece; that variation is not a defect. Personalized items are made to your text exactly as entered at checkout.

Returns and problems

Returns are covered by our refund policy. If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us and we will make it right.

Legal terms

• The site and its content are ours; product photos and copy may not be reused commercially without permission.
• To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order it concerns. Nothing here limits liability where the law does not allow it, and nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state from which we operate.
• We may update these terms; the date above reflects the current version, and changes never apply retroactively to an order already placed.
