About the shop

Crafted Coffee Supply is a small, U.S.-based shop for espresso tools: the pieces you reach for while dialing in, cleaning up, and pulling the daily shot. The catalog is short on purpose. Every product is one we would put on our own counter.

Most of our wood pieces are made from reclaimed material. Skateboard decks, resin offcuts, layered birch, and other salvaged wood become portafilter handles and tampers, so grain, color, and layering vary from piece to piece and no two are identical. Every wood piece is paired with stainless steel, and 316 stainless wherever the tool touches the puck. Some accessories, like dosing funnels and hangers, are 3D-printed to the dimensions of the machines they fit.

Every product page lists materials and fitment in full: 54 mm or 58 mm, Breville, Sage, or E61 group head. We do not claim “universal fit”, because a portafilter that will not seat in your group head is useless. Where a product carries a rating from its original listing, the count and average are shown exactly as they are.

A few products are personalized to order, such as an engraved handle or a name on a tamper base. The product page says so before you buy, along with any extra lead time. Everything else ships from stock, most within 1–2 business days. Shipping is free on every U.S. order and a flat $25 internationally.

If something does not fit or arrives wrong, our refund policy covers it. Every message sent through the contact page gets a reply from a person, usually within one business day.
